Wall Thickness: as per ASME B36.19M-1985(R1994) or other assigned standard of the buyer

Non-standard elbow(those with different angles other than 45 / 90/ 180) available upon requests.

Elbows with O.D. greater than 1200mm available upon request.

 

Tolerance

As per requirement of ANSI B16.9:2007

GENERAL NOTES:

(a) All dimensions are in millimeters.

(b) Tolerance are equal plus and minus except as noted.

NOTES:

(1) The inside dia. and the nominial wall thicknesses at ends are to be specified by the purchaser.

(2) A minimum wall thickness of 87.5% applies unless the purchaser specifies a different wall thickness tolerance. See ANSI B16.9:2007 Fig. 1, Note(1)(a).

(3) Out-of-round is the sum of absolute values of plus and minus tolerances.

(4) This tolerance may not apply in localized areas of formed fittings where increased wall thickness is required to meet design requirements of ANSI B16.9:2007 para. 2.2.

(5) Unless otherwise specified by the purchaser, these tolerances apply to the nominal inside dia., which equals the difference between the nominal outside dia. and twice the nominal wall thickness.
